A first-of-its-kind digital shopping platform, Shop Now!* started as a way to allow customers to create online wish lists from a mall’s current inventory.
When Dallas-based retail operator Centennial came to us, they were looking for an eye-catching advertising campaign to announce the second phase of the platform’s roll-out: Shop Now! was no longer just for wishing, but for shopping the mall from the comfort of your home. Think Instacart for your Madewell and Nordstrom orders.
One of the challenges we faced was to clearly differentiate the Shop Now! platform from your regular, old, we’ve-been-doing-this-for-decades online shopping. We came up with The Mall: Delivered — a campaign focused on those last-minute shopping emergencies that can’t be solved with traditional shipping methods (or even Amazon’s 2-day delivery).
Under each head-turning “ah, crap” scenario, we listed Shop Now!’s unique propositions: Multiple Stores. One Checkout. Same-day Delivery.
